Currently, II–VI semiconductor compounds (for instance CdSe, ZnSe, and ZnTe) with increased security and tenability are deemed promising products with increased photovoltaic performance7. ZnSe itself is a way more promising materials for window layer8 with higher performance and affordable. CdSe and ZnSe both of those have an increased ability fo
